Squarespace Monthly Support Package

$100/month

Monthly support packages are billed on the 1st of each month and can be cancelled with 7 days notice in writing at any time. Each month clients receive the following support under this package:

  1. Content Updates
    Clients will receive up to one hour of content updates to their site each month (page content, blog posts, product uploads, etc.). If no content updates are needed, Due West Design will spend one hour working on performance optimization such as SEO improvements, page load times, and reviewing site performance and user experience opportunities.

  2. Site Security
    Squarespace hosting takes measures to detect any suspicious activity or malware attacks. Due West Design will take prompt action (within 24 hours) following any security notices and coordinate with Squarespace support as needed to address any potential issues.

  3. Technical Support
    Due West Design will take prompt action (within 24 hours) to address any reported web site issues or down time. We will coordinate with Squarespace support team and submit support tickets as needed to resolve any issues that may come up. Monthly support clients have first priority with any technical issues that may need review.

  4. Analytics and Reporting
    A monthly report can be provided from Squarespace/Google Analytics summarizing web site traffic and performance if requested.

Current clients can contact us to begin a monthly Squarespace support plan and new clients should coordinate with Meg during the web site project process to set up an ongoing monthly support plan.
