Design VIP Days

When you select your Design VIP Day you will have the option of paying in full or paying for 50% when booking and 50% the day after your day is complete. Payments are processed online through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, as well as online bank transfers.

A half day rate (3.5 hours + 30 minute planning session and 2 weeks of support) is available for all returning clients at the rate of $625/half day. First time clients must book a full day or full service offer (branding or web design) first.

I work primarily in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Squarespace, WordPress (specifically the Divi theme), Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs/Slides. I am familiar with other platforms as well, which we can discuss by email. Let me know what you’re interested in and I’ll do my best to help! Design VIP Days run from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST (I’m based in Colorado), with a half hour break for lunch at noon. If you are in a different time zone and these hours are difficult for you, we may be able to adjust the times slightly, or have the option of splitting the VIP Day into two half day sessions. We can discuss your situation further by email, a free discovery call, or during our 45 minute planning session.

Your Design VIP Day cannot be completed without the necessary pre-work. A big part of the efficiency is having all of the logins, content, and materials needed ready PRIOR to starting the work. If you are unable to complete your pre-work in time, we are able to reschedule your Design VIP Day one time if needed, with a minimum of 48 hours notice. The deposit amount can be applied to a new date within 3 months after the initial payment is made.

There are several examples listed at the top of this page, and we can also discuss what you have in mind by email or on a free discovery call. Your 45-minute planning session will also include a review of your project or to do list and we will determine general expectations and what to focus on during your VIP Day. Other factors that increase the likelihood of completing your project or tasks are quick feedback and decision making, knowing what you want ahead of time, and having all project materials ready.

By working together through a day rate model, we are able to streamline your project and produce results quickly and efficiently. The compressed timeline means less project management and back and forth and more time focusing completely on the work. I block a full day to focus 100% on your project and with fast communication we can work through feedback and approvals much more quickly.

Your Design VIP Day includes dedicated 1:1 consulting, design, and implementation time to work through a pre-determined set of requests. It does not guarantee specific deliverables (though I will work as quickly as possibly to get you there!). Your availability, responsiveness, feedback, and decisiveness during your VIP Day will greatly impact what is accomplished during the experience. I will work as quickly and efficiently as possible during the scheduled time for your Design VIP Day to ensure we knock out as many tasks as possible!

No, unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds, as it is reserving time on my calendar that I have specifically set aside for you and your project. Once your 50% deposit is paid, we are able to reschedule your day if needed and the deposit can be applied to the new date (this is allowed as a one time courtesy). The deposit amount can be applied to a new date within 3 months after the initial payment is made.

Once your Design VIP Day is scheduled and your deposit has been paid, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access all of the pre-work instructions. It will include things like providing all necessary account logins, content, photography, etc. to complete the task. All pre-work must be completed 48 hours prior to your VIP Day to ensure I’ve had time to review all of your materials, asked any follow up questions, and have everything lined up for your day.

No worries! While we will prioritize all of your requests and make sure the most important items get knocked out first, there is a chance we will not be able to finish everything on the list. In that case, you can always book another full or half Design VIP Day to wrap up any final tasks.
